Throughout his career, Ernest has had the privilege of working with some of the world's largest mining and construction companies, including BHP Billiton, Harmony Gold, Rio Tinto, De Beers, Fraser Alexander, Fletchers, CPB, and KiwiRail. His extensive portfolio encompasses projects of varying scopes and complexities, such as tailings dams, rail, bridges, roads, and marine structures. Ernest's meticulous approach ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Ernest is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a proud Member of Engineering New Zealand. His qualifications in civil engineering, coupled with an MBA, provide him with a strong foundation in both the technical and business aspects of project management.
