‍Site Engineer

Primary Focus: Daily on-site operations.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day activities on the project site.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure that the work meets the required standards.
• Ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time.
• Reviewing technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Preparing look-a-head programmes and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Undertake fieldwork, including but not limited to Anchor Testing, Concrete and Grout sampling

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail to monitor construction quality.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with on-site teams and reporting progress.
• Ability to solve problems that arise during construction.

‍Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Educational: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in civil or geotechnical engineering, with role-specific requirements varying from hands-on site management to project management.

Leadership and Collaboration: Effective communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills, essential for driving project success and fostering a supportive work environment.

Client Relations: Strong capabilities in managing stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring a partnership-based approach to project delivery.
